Rep. Jim McDermott, D-WA, gets it, re: Iran/CIA/Oil as we noted previously. He puts Iraq into context: It's always been all about the oil.As the first commenter says in the AlterNet article:

Would that the rest of our elected "representatives" actually were.

I have to admit to some pride that Jim McD is from Alan's and my district ... he's supposed to have the safest seat in the House.
